Expressing Anger Counselling Services
How can you possibly describe to anyone this feeling of absolute rage that seems to take over? It seems to rise up in a second and then BANG you are almost watching yourself just lose it. Your whole body feels so out of control and can seem like a mixture of anger, fear, power and pain all boiling over as the adrenaline rushes through you.
Anger can be a misunderstood emotion that can lead people to behave in ways that bring harm to others and ultimately to themselves. It is a normal and potentially useful emotion especially when we consider the need to stand up for injustices or to protect those we care about.
Trouble arises when we don’t know ways to express or channel anger that is constructive especially in our relationships whether they be work or personal. We are then left with a very powerful emotion that we don’t know how to express without experiencing negative results.
Our Approach
At Seeds of Life Counselling, you can find ways to express your anger in healthier ways. You will be met with a non-judgemental and understanding approach.
