Managing Big Emotions Counselling Services
Watching a child not be able to manage how they are feeling and becoming completely lost in that feeling can be a really scary experience for you as the parent or carer. You can end up being quite at a loss of how to respond and worse still feel like others don’t understand how hard it is for you.
Sometimes children have things going on for them that makes the way that they deal with things different than it is for other children. Little people need our help to learn how to express these feelings in ways where no one gets hurt and most importantly they can get the support they really need.
Our Approach
At Seeds of Life Counselling, you will find a non-judgemental space where you can work together with children to find a way to make that happen.
Children will have a number of different options available rather than just talk therapies to process significant events in their lives and to discover language and ways to express how they feel so that they can develop in the way that is most suited to their individual needs.
